Shipping policy
All orders are shipped generally between 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 3-7 days. Orders are processed in the order they are received, and we work as fast as we can to get your order out. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Rock Block Shop, LLC. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages/Lost Packages
Rockblockshop.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you purchased Shipping Insurance with Route LLC. and your packaged has been lost, please visit https://www.routeapp.io/ and proceed to contact them concerning your lost package. If you received your order and it has been damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a damage claim to the shipment carrier.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States. Packages, depending on the shipping rate selected, can take 10-30 days to arrive. All international shipping charges are responsible to the customer.
