30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return if you wish to do so. To qualify, items must be in the condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Condition for Returns

Non-returnable Items We cannot accept returns on sale items, perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges For defective or damaged items, we offer exchanges. Email us with proof of damage for replacement instructions.

Refunds Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping Costs You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

EU Customers For customers within the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return orders without justification, following the same condition requirements.
